Barikat - Privacy Policy

MysiaTech ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Barikat mobile application ("Application") as a service. This Privacy Policy is prepared to provide transparent information on how we process, store, and protect user data in compliance with Google Play Store policies.

1. Information Collection and Use

When you use the Application, certain data is collected to provide an optimized and functional experience. This data is securely hosted on the Firebase infrastructure.

• Usage Data: Your in-game progress, scores, and in-app interactions are stored on Firebase Firestore or Realtime Database.
• Analysis and Diagnostics: We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to measure performance and fix bugs. These services collect technical data such as device model, OS version, and crash logs.
• Advertising Data: To display ads, we process data such as your Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, and approximate location.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Application uses the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Google AdMob: We use AdMob to deliver advertisements. You may receive Personalized Ads (based on interests) or Non-Personalized Ads. You can manage these settings in your Android "Google Settings > Ads" menu.

3. Consent Management (EEA/UK Users)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we implement the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to comply with GDPR. We request your explicit consent before serving personalized ads or processing specific advertising-related data. You can update your preferences anytime within the app settings.

4. Data Security and Retention

At MysiaTech, we use industry-standard encryption via Firebase to protect your data. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. While we strive for maximum security, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal data stored on our systems. To submit a data deletion request, please contact us at the email address below.

6. Children's Privacy

Barikat does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Our advertising configuration is set to comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately for deletion.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
